§ 41-8. Payment of fine.

(a) When due.

(1) The fine specified in a civil citation is due and payable by the date specified in the citation.

(2) The date specified must be at least 30 days from the date the citation is issued.

(b) To whom payable.

The fine shall be paid to the Director of Finance.
