§ 60-10. Annual report.

On or before June 30 of each year, the Office must submit a report to the Mayor and City Council detailing:

(1) the activities of the Office and the Council; and

(2) specific policy and legislative proposals to promote the general welfare, empowerment, and reintegration of Baltimore's returning citizens.
