§ 5-7. Bulk cargoes on piers.

(a) In general.

All lumber, brick, or other material in bulk, discharged on any pier or bulkhead must be placed at least 5 feet from the edge of the pier or bulkhead pending removal.

(b) Penalties.

The owner or consignee of such lumber, brick, or other material, or the person placing or causing the same to be placed on such prohibited space shall be subject to a fine of $20 per day for each and every violation of this section.
