§ 3-5. Wages due on termination of employment.

It shall be a violation of this Division I for any employer to refuse to pay to any employee who is terminated, resigns, retires, or who otherwise ends or suspends his employment, all wages due end owing to said employee on the next regular payday that said wages would otherwise have been paid.
