§ 21-3. Registration required.

Every service provider must:

(1) register with the Commissioner;

(2) provide the Commissioner with:

(i) the address of his or her place of business; and

(ii) the name under which the business is carried on; and

(3) give immediate notice to the Commissioner of any change in that information.
