§ 2B-31. Comparable design.

The affordable units required by this subtitle:

(1) must be complementary to the market rate units in the same project as to their exterior appearance;

(2) must be comparable to the market rate units in the same project as to:

(i) number of bedrooms; and

(ii) overall quality of construction; and

(3) may vary in size and finish, consistent with standards set forth in the Commissioner's rules and regulations.
