§ 5-12. Transfer of license.

(a) In general.

Any person who assumes the ownership or operation of a licensed rental dwelling must, within 15 days of assuming ownership or operation, apply to the Housing Commissioner for transfer of the license.

(b) Fee.

The fee for a transfer is $25.
