§ 11-12. Appeals Board.

(a) Board established.

There shall be an Appeals Board to hear and decide appeals arising under this subtitle.

(b) Composition.

The members of the Appeals Board shall be:

(1) the Commissioner of Housing and Community Development or designee,

(2) the Director of Finance or designee, and

(3) a designee of the Mayor's Office.
