§ 7-9. Other charges.

(a) Property subject to Supplemental Tax.

(1) An owner of a property within the District subject to the Supplemental Tax shall not be required to pay any other charges or fees for services generally provided within the District by the Authority.

(2) The Authority may impose charges and fees for any special services requested by and performed for 1 or more owners of a property within the District.

(b) Others.

The Board, with the approval of the Board of Estimates, may establish other fees and charges for specific services performed within the District, within areas adjoining the District, for properties and property owners not subject to the Supplemental Tax and in conjunction with partnerships encouraged by this subtitle.
