Editor's Notes

This subtitle was enacted by Ordinance 19-249, effective May 6, 2019, by authority of City Charter Article II, § (63). Although Ord. 19-249 proposed to codify the new district in “Subtitle 20” of this article, that designation was already taken. The new subtitle has therefore been codified here, in Subtitle 9, to closely accompany the other special districts (codified in Subtitles 6, 7, and 8) that have also been established by authority of Charter Art. II, § (63).
