§ 2-42. License required; fee.

(a) License required.

No person, firm, corporation, or other entity may operate any animated riding device unless the device is licensed under Part 3 of this subtitle.

(b) Fee.

Notwithstanding the fees set in Part 3 of this subtitle, the annual fee for an animated riding device license is $25 per device.
