This Part 3 was substantially amended by Ordinance 10-337. Section 4 of Ord. 10-337, provides that the amendments “tak[e] effect on January 1, 2011, or, if later, on the 60th day after notice is given to the State Comptroller of the changes enacted by the Ordinance” to the City Admissions and Amusement Tax.
