§ 46-11. Refusal, revocation of license.
(a) Director of Finance.
Upon the approval of the Mayor, the Director of Finance shall have full power and authority to refuse to grant licenses under the provisions of the following subtitles of this article, and also, when directed by the Mayor, shall have full power and authority to revoke any license granted by virtue of the following subtitles of this article.
(1) Subtitle 10. Hotels; and
(2) Subtitle 48. Short-Term Residential Rentals.
(b) Director of Consumer Protection and Business Licensing.
Upon the approval of the Mayor, the Director of Consumer Protection and Business Licensing shall have full power and authority to refuse to grant licenses under the provisions of the following subtitles of this article, and also, when directed by the Mayor, shall have full power and authority to revoke any license granted by virtue of the following subtitles of this article:
(1) Subtitle 2. Amusements;
(2) Subtitle 3. Amusement Device Location Permits;
(3) Subtitle 6. Carriages, Wagons, Boats, and Scows;
(4) Subtitle 7. Employment Agencies;
(5) Subtitle 9. Late-Night Commercial Operations;
(6) Subtitle 11. Massage Establishments;
(7) Subtitle 12. Commercial Parking Facilities;
(8) Subtitle 13. Special-Event Parking Lots;
(9) Subtitle 15. Street Entertainers;
(10) Subtitle 17. Street Vendors;
(11) Subtitle 18. Itinerant Wholesale Produce Dealers;
(12) Subtitle 20. Transient Merchants; and
(13) Subtitle 22. Towing Services - Trespass Towing.
