§ 6-13. Withdrawal of license.

It shall be the duty of the Director of Consumer Protection and Business Licensing to withdraw the license from any vehicle licensed by the City, the driver of which shall violate a 2^nd time any of the provisions of this Code regulating the speed of horses and vehicles.
