§ 41-2. Prohibited placement.

A person may not install an outdoor telephone:

(1) in any public right-of-way without a minor privilege permit issued by or under the authority of the Board of Estimates; or

(2) on any other public or private property without:

(i) approval of the owner of the property; and

(ii) all permits required by the Public Service Commission.
