§ 1-4. Maximum appointees; applications.

(a) In general.

In accordance with the terms of this subtitle, the Director of the Department of Consumer Protection and Business Licensing shall appoint as many auctioneers in the City of Baltimore as the Director may deem proper, not to exceed 50.

(b) Application.

Applications for appointment shall be under oath on a form approved by the Director of the Department of Consumer Protection and Business Licensing and shall contain the applicant's qualifications for appointment.
