Ordinance 23-266 repealed Section 4-1 and 4-2 and the subtitle designation “Subtitle 4. False Advertising” and added Sections 4-1 to 4-7 to be under the new subtitle designation “Subtitle 4. Unfair, Abusive, or Deceptive Trade Practices”. Subtitle 4. False Advertising was originally enacted by Ordinance 56-432, as amended by Ordinance 77-573, and as previously codified at City Code, 1966, art. 19, §23; 1976/83, art. 19, §27
