§ 7-1. Definitions.

(a) In general.

In this subtitle, the following terms have the meanings indicated.

(c) Scrap.

"Scrap" means any scrap metal, refuse, junk, waste, garbage, rubbish, debris, or scrap of any kind.

(d) Scrap collector or scavenger.

"Scrap collector" or "scavenger" means any person who collects, transports, or sells any scrap in the City.
