§ 23-5. Fees for conduit use.

(a) Board of Estimates to set.

The Board of Estimates may set and, from time to time, modify the annual charges imposed for the use of the conduit system.

(b) Billing and payment.

These charges shall be billed and paid as the Board of Estimates directs.
