§ 3-3. Notice of proposed action.

Before the Department of Transportation may proceed under these sections to perform its duty, it shall give notice in at least 2 of the daily newspapers in the City of Baltimore of the object of the ordinance under which it proposes to act, at least 10 days before the time of the 1^st meeting to execute the same.
