§ 40-46. Annual report required.

On or before August 31 of each year, the Director, in consultation with the Advisory Committee, must:

(1) prepare a report assessing the status of the Complete Streets Transportation System; and

(2) submit that report to:

(i) the Mayor;

(ii) the City Council; and

(iii) the Advisory Committee.
