§ 17-14. Court Clerk not responsible for collections.

Nothing contained in this subtitle shall be taken or construed as imposing any duty or liability upon the Clerk of the Circuit Court for Baltimore City in connection with the imposition, payment or collection of the tax imposed by this subtitle, or the administration or enforcement of the provisions of this subtitle.
