§ 26-2. Application.

This charge:

(1) is in addition to the 911 fee imposed by State Public Safety Article § 1-310; and

(2) shall be applied to all current bills rendered for switched local exchange access service, wireless telephone service, or other 911-accessible service within Baltimore City.
