§ 10-39. Brunt Street Area.

(a) Area delineated.

(1) In general.

The Brunt Street Area is the area bounded by the outer limits of the 2100 block of Brunt Street.

(2) Participating block faces.

The Brunt Street Area consists of the 2100 block of Brunt Street.

(b) Parking restrictions.

(1) In general.

Except as otherwise provided in paragraph (2) of this subsection, parking for non-permit holders in Area ___ is limited to 2 hours in any 1 or more parking spots Monday through Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

(2) Additional restriction.

In addition to the restrictions under paragraph (1) of this subsection, parking for non-permit holders is prohibited Saturday and Sunday.

(c) Permit limits.

Each dwelling unit within Area ___ is eligible for:

(1) up to 4 resident permits; and

(2) up to 2 visitor permits.

(d) Signage.

Residential parking permit restricting signage will be placed along all properties on the odd side of the 2100 block that are permit-eligible, with the exclusion of schools, churches, and businesses.
