§ 14-3. Rules and regulations.

(a) Director to adopt.

Subject to Title 4 {"Administrative Procedure Act – Regulations"} of the City General Provisions Article, the Director of Transportation, in consultation with the Authority, must adopt rules and regulations to carry out this subtitle.

(b) Approvals by Board of Estimates.

The Director of Transportation must obtain prior approval of the Board of Estimates for any rule or regulation that sets an application, license, permit, or other fee to be imposed under this subtitle.
