§ 2-3. Records.

(a) Director to keep.

The Director of Transportation shall keep records of:

(1) the Department's proceedings; and

(2) all resolutions, transactions, findings, determinations, decisions, and administrative regulations.

(b) Open to public.

All the records of the Department of Transportation:

(1) are public records; and

(2) shall be kept in the Director's office.
