§ 7-19. Temporary stops by commercial vehicles.

Commercial vehicles engaged in the expeditious pick-up or delivery of merchandise may stop in a vacant space adjacent to a single-space parking meter that is in active operation or in a vacant space controlled by a multi-space parking meter that is in active operation, at any time before10 a.m., without payment.
