§ 7-22. Exception for holidays.

This subtitle does not apply and may not be enforced on:

(1) New Year's Day, January 1;

(2) Independence Day, July 4;

(3) Labor Day, the 1^st Monday in September;

(4) Thanksgiving Day, the fourth Thursday in November; and

(5) Christmas Day, December 25.
