§ 12-903. Maximum building heights.

Maximum building heights in the Waterfront Overlay Zoning Districts are as indicated in the following Tables, not by the underlying zoning:

(1) Table 12-903(1): Canton Waterfront Area;

(2) Table 12-903(2): Fells Point Waterfront Area;

(3) Table 12-903(3): Key Highway Waterfront Area; and

(4) Table 12-903(4): Middle Branch Waterfront Area.
