§ 3-205. Commissioner of Housing and Community Development.

In addition to the powers and duties specified elsewhere in the City Code, the Commissioner of Housing and Community Development (who also serves as the Building Official) has the power and duty under this Code:

(1) to issue use permits (Title 5, Subtitle 7); and

(2) to perform all other functions assigned to the Housing Commissioner by this Code.
