§ 7-101. Purpose.

The purpose of this title is to set out the use regulations, bulk and yard regulations, and other standards for:

(1) Open-Space Zoning Districts;

(2) Floodplain Overlay Zoning Districts; and

(3) Chesapeake Bay Critical Area Overlay Zoning District.
