§ 2-2. Organization.

(a) In general.

The Commission consists of 10 members, who shall be appointed by the Mayor subject to approval by the City Council.

(b) Quorum.

5 members of the Commission constitute a quorum.

(c) Compensation; expenses.

The members of the Commission:

(1) serve without compensation; but

(2) are entitled to reimbursement for reasonable expenses incurred in the performance of their duties, as provided in the Ordinance of Esrimates.

(d) Officers.

The members of the Commission shall:

(1) annually elect a Chair from among the members of the Commission; and

(2) appoint a secretary.
