This subtitle was added by Ordinance 20-338. Per Sections 3 and 4 of the Ordinance, the effective date of Parts 1 and 2 of this subtitle is January 23, 2020 (the date of the Ordinance’s enactment); and the effective date Parts 3, 4, and 5 of this subtitle is January 1, 2021.
