§ 36-2. Signatures.

(a) By whom.

The drafts shall bear the signatures of:

(1) the City Purchasing Agent or the Acting City Purchasing Agent in the absence of the City Purchasing Agent; and

(2) another person from the Bureau of Purchases designated by the Director of Finance.

(b) How.

1 of the 2 signatures must be manual.
