§ 38-3. Weekly updates.

(a) Initiation.

The Director of Purchasing shall have the Vendors' Hot Line in operation on or before October 1, 1988.

(b) Updates.

Thereafter, the information on the Vendors' Hot Line shall be updated at least once each week.
