§ 40-14. Participation in proceedings.

As a party to any proceeding brought under this subtitle, the City Solicitor may:

(1) present to the Board the evidence that the City Solicitor considers appropriate; and

(2) recommend to the Board:

(i) whether the Board should debar the person; and

(ii) the appropriate time period for the debarment.
