§ 11-16. Otterbein District.

The area located within the boundaries set forth in this section is hereby declared to be a Historical and Architectural Preservation District and may be referred to as the Otterbein Historical and Architectural Preservation District:

Beginning at the intersection of the south side of West Barre Street and the west side of South Hanover Street, thence binding on the west side of South Hanover Street southerly to intersect the north side of West Hughes Street, thence binding on the north side of West Hughes Street westerly to intersect the east side of South Sharp Street, thence binding on the east side of South Sharp Street northerly to intersect the south side of West Barre Street, thence binding on the south side of West Barre Street easterly to the place of beginning.
