§ 14-11. Mount Clare Mansion.

Mount Clare Mansion, the property being described as follows:

Beginning for the same at a point formed by the intersection of the southeast side of a park paved road and the southwest side of another park paved road, said point being distant 550 feet, more or less, northeasterly from the intersection of the southeast side of the first park paved road with the east curb of Monroe Street, the approximate coordinate of said point of beginning being west 8166 feet and south 6591 feet and running thence binding on the southeast, south, southwest, west and northwest side of the first mentioned park paved road the distance of 1316 feet, more or less, and thence northwesterly 615 feet, more or less, to intersect the southwest side of said road northwesterly 103 feet, more or less, to the place of beginning. The improvements thereon being known as the Mt. Clare Mansion in Carroll Park.

The coordinate mentioned is referred to the true meridian as adopted by the Baltimore Survey Control System.
