§ 22-2. Design and construction.

These stormwater management measures must:

(1) meet the requirements of the State's Design Manual, this Division II, and the City's Design Guidelines; and

(2) be constructed according to:

(i) an approved plan for new development; or

(ii) the policies stated in § 23-7 of this Division II for redevelopment.
