§ 61-2. Maintenance of fences.

(a) Maintenance required.

Said fence shall at all times be kept in repair.

(b) Notice of noncompliance.

The Commissioner of Housing and Community Development is authorized and directed to immediately notify the owners, agents, or persons in possession of any such quarry to comply with the terms hereof.
