§ 2-9. "Employee".

(a) In general.

"Employee" means any employee of the City who is not an official.

(b) Inclusions.

"Employee" also includes an employee of any agency or board included within the scope of § 2-2 {"Agency"} or § 2-3 {"Board"} of this subtitle.
