§ 9A-101. City adoption

(a) In general.

The International Energy Conservation Code – Commercial Provisions (2021 Edition) is adopted as part of the Building, Fire, and Related Codes of Baltimore City, subject to the additions, deletions, amendments, and other modifications contained in this Part IX-A.

(b) Codification.

Unless otherwise specified, chapter and section numbers in this Part IX-A refer to the chapter and section numbers of the International Energy Conservation Code – Commercial Provisions.
