§ 10-101. City adoption

(a) In general.

The International Residential Code for One- and Two-Family Dwellings (2021 Edition) is adopted as part of the Building, Fire, and Related Codes of Baltimore City, subject to the additions, deletions, amendments, and other modifications contained in this Part X.

(b) Codification.

Unless otherwise specified, chapter and section numbers in this Part X refer to the chapter and section numbers of the International Residential Code.
