§ 12-101. City adoption

(a) In general.

The International Swimming Pool and Spa Code (2021 Edition) is adopted as part of the Building, Fire, and Related Codes of Baltimore City, subject to the additions, deletions, amendments, and other modifications contained in this Part XII.

(b) Codification.

Unless otherwise specified, chapter and section numbers in this Part XII refer to the chapter and section numbers of the International Swimming Pool and Spa Code.
