§ 10-922. Driving under the influence.

No one may ride, lead, control, drive, work, exhibit, handle, care for, maintain, or supervise any horse while:

(1) intoxicated;

(2) under the influence of any intoxicating beverage or substance; or

(3) under the influence of any drugs.
