Editor's Notes

Ordinance 25-016 (effective August 25, 2025) numbered sections in this subtitle with the structure "[subtitle_number]-[section_number]" (e.g. "§ 6-101"). This structure does not follow the numbering conventions for sections in the Health Code. The proper structure is "[title number]-[subtitle number][section number]" (e.g. "§ 3-601"). The section numbers have been updated to follow the correct numbering convention.
