§ 4-701. Definitions.

(a) In general.

In this subtitle, the following terms have the meanings indicated.

(b) Suspect symptoms.

"Suspect symptoms" means those symptoms that, by rule or regulation adopted under § 2-106 of this article, the Commissioner designates as being indicative of a possible biological terrorist attack.
