§ 8-105. Prohibited conduct.

No person may operate or use any source, whether indoors or outdoors, static or mobile, that contributes to air pollution in any way or amount that exceeds emission standards:

(1) set by federal or state law or regulation; or

(2) set by the Commissioner.
