§ 8-115. Monitoring system to be continuously active.

(a) In general.

A facility's CEMS must be operational at all times that the facility is operating.

(b) Gaps of more than 30 minutes a violation.

CEMS downtime that exceeds 30 consecutive minutes while a facility is operating are a violation of this section.
