§ 11-13. Records.
(a) Record retention.
The Director must maintain records of the Police Accountability Board and the Administrative Charging Committee in accordance with a record retention schedule created with the assistance of the Baltimore City Records Management Officer in accordance with City and State law.
(b) Confidentiality of records.
All records prohibited from disclosure under the Maryland Public Information Act or other applicable law regarding the confidentiality of these records must be kept confidential by:
(1) members of the Board;
(2) members of the Committee;
(3) the Director;
(4) staff from the Office of Equity and Civil Rights; and
(5) any other person who becomes a custodian of the records that are handled by the Board or the Committee.
